It was honestly a beautiful day in the region, the weather was perfect and the temperature was nice and warm. It was almost the perfect conditions to get to work with an idea. This idea was rather simple, probably the easiest ones that Athren had ever had in his mind. With his chase of the Dragon Balls taking longer than he had expected, he had plenty of time to think about the result of the wish he wanted to make.
He wanted to bring back everybody in Orange City that died because of his choices and along with that, his crew by default. They had died because he chose to take that contract, he believed that the payout would be genuine, real and enough to retire him and his faction, provide them with the means to live a peaceful, free life.

Once his wish was completed though, there was going to be a little bit of an issue. Given the member lived on his ship and he had been using it as his own home, his crew and all the people would essentially be homeless without any place to go. Now, all things considered this was a rather small issue but one that Athren wanted to solve before it became an issue. If he could claim the land and build them a village to live in while they figured out what to do with their lives, then he was going to do it. Firstly though, he would need the land. He thought of all the spots he could build something like this, but where better than the Mountain that they all lived together for a short while? Everybody would be familiar with the area, the village wouldn't be too far from where they stayed before hand, so it would all be perfect.

With that thought in mind, Athren headed to his favourite spot on the planet and picked the spot he was going to build this little village, along with his own home. There was a lot of work to be done, but it would all be very well worth it. He just had to claim the land and make all those who were around know that it would be his. His intentions weren't negative, he wasn't going to cause any unnecessary destruction. He was simply going to alter the land just enough to provide his people with a home, or those who wander in looking for a place a home. So long as people wouldn't be trouble makers, he'd allow all to stay.

Athren had found himself in Mount Paozu, at the base of a waterfall as he began planning out his little village. Currently, his power wasn't suppressed and he was there for the entire world to sense. If anybody wished to stop him from laying his claim, now was the time. Until then, he'd simply began moving around dong some small prep work. The first step was to split the river in two and create land between them. That's where he'd create his house and the town. Right there by the falls, to listen to that beautiful sound all day.

Tanya was suddenly getting a very bad feeling as she had been training with Master Roshi when she took off to the sky as she had felt a very strong power level towards Mount Pozu, where she had met Callion to form the new Z-Fighters. She hadn't been able to get some training in but, the facts was she had taken a vow upon joining the fighters, to fight to protect the earth as she wondered what the hell was going on, whatever the case she had to get to the mountain and quick make sure there was nothing going on.

She couldn't put her finger on it but, the force she was feeling it was almost like they were torn between good and evil, whatever the case she couldn't take any chances and wanted to be sure to get there before anyone else could. She could hold the line if needed but, right now she had to make sure this wasn't a threat to earth, she didn't want to take any chances. This force was powerful she could tell so she had to make sure approached the figure with caution. Whatever the case was this figure was not a power to take lightly.

Once she arrived she looked at the figure she had spotted and eyed the figure, he looked like a Sayian, wondering what he was doing at this mountain and what his reason for this claim was, she didn't know why he was here or for what purpose but, she couldn't take any chances as she lowered herself wanting to be sure everything was okay because, she didn't want this fight if he wasn't doing anything evil, she only would use her power to protect, never to hurt, it was as simple as that. Still what on earth was this Sayian doing.

"Care to explain what your doing here?" Tanya finally asked but was staying very cautious. One false move, and she was dead. She had to approach him very carefully, no mater the reasoning he had if it was to harm anyone she had to be sure. She didn't know what his reasoning was but, she would be sure to make sure to asses the situation before she made any sudden moves. She was a Sayian yes, but, she wasn't stupid. Whatever the reasoning he had for being here, it had to be a good one, she had to be careful with this situation though.

Of course, when he was working away and minding his own damn business somebody was going to come along and bother him. Though he only wanted to work towards creating his own home and a village for those who were soon going to be wished back, he might have had more of a chore on his hands. It wouldn't be labor intensive but it very well might've been something that led to a fight. Though he didn't really want to fight unnecessarily anymore, he would if he had too or if he got annoyed. He was leaning away from fighting without a reason, even if his body and mind craved it, he was maturing far past that. He wanted to lean towards fighting only for training or when absolutely necessary, aside from that, he wanted to avoid it and keep a rather low profile.

It didn't take long before somebody to land behind him, the voice of a women who immediately questioned him as if it were her business. Yet the simple fact of it was, this was NO business of hers. He was here doing something good, putting his best efforts in to make a place for a community to call home and she came in talking like that? The Saiyan-Demon couldn't help but sigh lightly and shake his head, his attention still on the work he was doing.

"I don't know whether you're brave.. or stupid."

He said aloud rather calmly. He could sense her potential and she wasn't anywhere close to being on her level. If she had come her to investigate and potentially stop him from following through with what he wanted to do, she was WAY in over her head. There was no chance of her winning against him. The simple fact of the matter was, this was going to go one of two ways. He was going to give her one chance to leave here on her own or he was simply going to knock her out. He didn't have the time nor the patience for this kind of thing, especially not now. He was busy and he had a lot on his mind and a lot he wanted to get done.

"Though it's really none of your business.."

It was at this point that Athren would turn his attention to the woman. His ocean blue eyes trying to lock onto hers. He stood proudly with confidence and it was obvious that he wasn't exactly pleased with this interruption. He was going to give her one SINGLE chance to leave, and she was best to take it. Though, what happened next was on her.

"I'm building a home, for myself and those I care for. Along with that, I'm putting this entire mountain region under my protection so those people can live here.. Safe." It was at this moment that Athren paused for all but a minute. "Now, If that satisfies you. This is your ONE chance to leave. As you can see, I'm quite busy." Another brief pause came over the saiyan, only for him to QUICKLY blink into his Super Saiyan transformation in an instant. He was simply doing this for show, almost as an intimidation tactic. He hoped it would be enough to encourage the woman to leave, and NOW.

"Or.. If you've got a problem with that, I'll make sure to settle this quickly.."

What happened next was all on her, she would either leave peacefully or..
Athren was going to knock her out.

The power emitited froming this Sayian was incredible yes but, Tanya couldn't back off, whatever he was doing was not right. Taking over this region just to keep people safe that was always the excuse and right now, Tanya knew that not many people could be trusted with that power. She didn't like this at all to say the least, why did he seem to think that this was okay? It made no sense, Tanya had to handle this peacefully she didn't want this to to esclate if it didn't need to but she let her aura fly as he had transformed into a Super Sayian just in case.

"I've heard that one before, saying your doing something to protect someone that quickly turns into controlling and that turns into tyrants, I know that from the people on planet Vegeta, I'v seen it to many times." Tanya explained as she shook her head, this was not going to be good she didn't even known if she could get through to him but, she had to try, she had to freakin try because who knew what would happen to the people under his rule. Sure it was just one region of earth but, for how long? How long before he wanted more.

"I'm all for building a house here, but, you cant just go around claiming one mountain for yourself, this planet and its region belongs to the earthlings." Tanya continued on as she was trying to reason with the man but, right now, she wasn't sure if he was going to even listen, this was why she had her aura up just in case she would have to defend herself, she didn't want it to come to that but, she needed to make sure he understood just taking over an area, it was not a good thing, it could lead to more.

"I'm all for building a house like I said, but no one has the right to just claim an entire region of the planet." Tanya stated as her arm was twitching a little bit as she was a little nervous but, as a Sayian warrior she learned to put that fear in the back of her mind. Just from what she was looking at, she was looking at death if this escalated it but, she couldn't just stand by and let this man do what he wanted, it wouldn't be right that was for damn sure.

Well, she had definitely been on the brave side as his super saiyan transformation wasn't enough to make her scurry away. This had rather surprised him, even if he wasn't going to show it to her but unfortunately for her, this was not the reply he was going to accept, nor was he going to stand here and explain himself any further. He was honest with her and his intentions for the land were pure, just because he was going to claim the mountain and protect it, didn't mean he was going to stop anybody else from residing here. The land of Earth was for all to share and he wasn't even native to the Planet, it was simply just a place that he rather began to admire and even love. It was a place that he could see himself calling his permanent home in the future. Maybe that day was quickly approaching him but for now, he had to look out for his people.

Though there was one thing that slightly got under his skin, being compared to a tyrant when he had nothing more but the best intentions was something that brought him an unsettling discomfort. How could one try so hard to do the right thing and still be compared to such evil? He had just put himself in the way of Liari's rampage, put an end to her destruction and torment of Earth and this is how he was greeted afterwards? He couldn't even protect the land without getting accused of something so far fetched.

Before he made his move to end this situation, he would have one final bit to say to her. "I'm not claiming it for myself, I'm claiming it for anybody who wants to find a home here, one that would provide a safe haven for anybody wishing to reside in these mountains. I couldn't care less whether that be an Earthling, Namekian, Saiyan or any other race out in the universe. So long as they aren't cause damage or trouble, they'll have a place to live."

He would pause for just one more small moment.

"Though, as I said. I don't have time for this."

With that, Athren would find himself using his instant transmission technique to appear behind the female warrior. His right hand flat as he went for a quick chop towards the side of her head. This blow was simply to knock her out. He didn't want to cause any permanent damage nor did he want her seriously hurt. The worst that this would do if it had landed, was force her to wake up with a headache and if this little attack of his DID land, He would reach out and grab her by the shoulders and slowly lower her to the soft grass that he stood upon. He wish she would've just listened, but this outcome was ultimately her choice and he was quite clear when he said he would settle this quickly. Next time, maybe she'd listen.

With one swift chop to the side of her head, the unknown female warrior would end up weak and toppling over towards the ground. She was completely knocked out from one single blow, Athren on the other hand wasn't going to let her just drop to the ground like that. Though he might've been eager to shut her up, he wasn't going to just let her body hit the ground with a thud. He gripped her shoulders gently and lowered her to the soft ground below. He wish she would've taken his warning and just listened and trusted him. He really wasn't out here trying to do anything bad, he was simply trying to make a home and keep those on the mountains safe and if anything, he already had shown the planet that he was here and trying to do good. After the events in the city, Athren's power level could easily be identified as one of the ones involved with taking down Liari.

Though he was rather unknown to most, especially after his wish there was really no reason for this woman not to believe him. Even here, there was NO signs of him doing any wrong or any permanent damage to the landscape. Everything he was doing was rather minimal and the absolutely most necessary of actions in order to make his dream come to be a reality. None of it was evil, nor purely destructive. It was completely reasonable and just enough to get him to where he wanted to be.

"For the record, I didn't want to do that but you didn't listen.. Hopefully, you've learned your lesson."

With that being said Athren would've used his instant transmission technique to take her to Korin's forest. She could wake up safely there and out of his way. It would also provide him with enough distance to sense her on the way again, though he couldn't help but believe that this time around, she would've learned her lesson. Surely, she wouldn't try the same thing twice, right? Ater all, the power level difference between the two of them was rather massive, a huge gap that wouldn't be closed easily.

Returning back to the Mountain, Athren would turn back to his base form and get back to work. Clearing out what he could in order to prepare for the building. His initial plan was to simply get the base down and go from there, whether he'd create it all from wood or stone, he didn't quite know yet. All he really knew, was that he was going to try his absolute best to make this place relaxing and perfect, those who would come to seek shelter under the rooftops of his buildings would deserve a nice place to live. He was going to try and give it to them. They had sacrificed a great bit for him and he was going to do his best to provide them with a comfortable life, one they could enjoy on Earth while they figured their stuff out.
